In respect of a building or contents, include a copy
of the RELEVANT portion only of the architect's
(or conservator’s) specification showing the actual
work proposed. Photographs illustrating this are
a necessity, and only in exceptional circumstances
will an application be considered without supporting
photographs here.

It is of help if six copies of any supporting
documentation are submitted in order that each
Trustee may have a copy in advance of the meeting.
